The Account Manager (AM) will manage a smaller portfolio of high-revenue, high-growth SMB merchants. Their main responsibility is to ensure that merchants grow their business on the GoFood platform and increase adoption of in-app features aligned with their business needs. The AM should understand merchant needs and provide relevant advice.

The AM will work within a district team, collaborating closely with the Merchant Engagement and Sales Support teams. Regular visits to merchants are expected to understand ground realities and provide advice to increase transactions over time.
