We are seeking an experienced Account Manager in Bali to join our diverse team passionate about transforming the real estate industry through innovation and technology.

What will you do:
  • Actively seek new clients.
  • Develop new business and identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer account management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with developers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Prepare reports on account status, forecasts, and key metrics.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or escalations as needed.
What you should have:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager in the property sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Apps.
  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing.
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Residing and working in Bali area.
