We are seeking an experienced Account Manager Developer Bandung to join our diverse team. Our team is passionate about advancing the real estate industry through innovative technology and solving industry challenges.

What you will do:

  • Actively seek new clients.
  • Develop new business and identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer account management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with developers and property clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Prepare reports on account status, forecasts, and key metrics.
  • Handle challenging client requests and escalate issues as needed.

What you should have:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Account Executive, Junior Account Manager, or similar role in the digital industry, including e-commerce, marketplace, or media.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Apps (GDocs, GSheet, GSlides).
  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing.
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Capability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
