Job description

  • Identify and engage prospective clients, assess their needs, and present solutions.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of software applications to deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through consistent prospecting, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Solid understanding of software applications and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Adaptable to changes in technology and able to quickly learn new applications.
