Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs, propose tailored ICT services (Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Managed Services), and close deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and solution selling.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos.
- Act as the client’s voice internally to influence service improvement and innovation.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- 4+ years experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role — preferably in ICT/Technology Services.
- Solid understanding of ICT solutions (Cloud Computing, Networking, Cybersecurity, Managed Services).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly customer-centric with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects while paying attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
