Job description
  • Manage product distribution through distributors to achieve and exceed company targets (KPI)
  • Build and maintain strong communication with distributors and a marketing network with potential markets in your area
  • Develop and enhance distributor performance to align with company strategies and maximize sales growth
  • Maintain effective communication with both existing and potential clients to build long-term partnerships
  • Open new markets and build networks with key stakeholders to increase the company's market presence
  • Conduct joint visits with the sales team to improve performance and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Oversee account/customer operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high operational standards
  • Manage budgets efficiently to optimize resource allocation and maintain profit margins

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager/Sales Manager/Sales/Business Development or similar role in non-FMCG or building material, and manufacturing industries
  • Having a minimum of at least 5 years of experience as Account Manager/Sales Manager/Sales/Business Development in the related field is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
