Manage product distribution through distributors to achieve and exceed company targets (KPI)
Build and maintain strong communication with distributors and a marketing network with potential markets in your area

Maintain effective communication with both existing and potential clients to build long-term partnerships
Open new markets and build networks with key stakeholders to increase the company's market presence
Conduct joint visits with the sales team to improve performance and ensure alignment with company goals
Oversee account/customer operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high operational standards
Manage budgets efficiently to optimize resource allocation and maintain profit margins
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager/Sales Manager/Sales/Business Development or similar role in non-FMCG or building material, and manufacturing industries
Having a minimum of at least 5 years of experience as Account Manager/Sales Manager/Sales/Business Development in the related field is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
