Job description

Manage and expand assigned client accounts through structured account coverage plans, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.

Identify client pain points and business challenges, analyzing needs to propose tailored IT and messaging solutions that align with their strategic goals.

Conduct presentations, demos, and negotiations to showcase solutions, address objections, and drive successful deal closures.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Presales, and Product) to deliver seamless client experiences and ensure proper implementation of proposed solutions.

Cross-sell and up-sell additional services and features to existing clients, increasing account value and solution adoption.

Develop and maintain detailed account maps and relationship structures (decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders) to ensure full account visibility and engagement.

Track and analyze account performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and risks while maintaining proactive follow-ups.

Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate issue resolution by working closely with technical and support teams.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals, and activities in the CRM system to ensure transparency and data-driven reporting.

Conduct periodic business reviews with key clients to evaluate outcomes, performance, and future opportunities for collaboration.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in any major.

At least 2+ Years of working experience in the sales field is required for this position.

Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

Required Skill(s): Account Management (Managing existing clients) and experience in the acquisition of New Clients. (composition 70 - 30%)

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales

Have good Bahasa (Oral and written) and English (minimum passive)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Having experience in the IT Industry for Managed Services, and/or Cloud, and/or Messaging Solutions Product

CRM experience is preferred

Placement: South Jakarta (Hybrid)
