Account Manager

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of the core products and some marketing products.
- Positive feedback from the Sales Manager regarding customer management.
- Successfully managed at least 6 medium difficulty negotiations and 3 high difficulty negotiations.
- Understanding of clients’ needs and identification of new development opportunities through penetration and cross-selling.
- Maintain a strong commitment and result-oriented attitude.
Accountability:
- Manage existing and new clients.
- Autonomously manage the assigned client portfolio, gathering ideas and hints from customers to systematize and internalize.
- Identify new opportunities and independently manage the selling of all standard products/services and negotiations.
- Handle medium complexity negotiations independently.
- Manage CRM, customer meetings, and prepare feedback and sales activity reports.
- Ensure meeting margin and turnover goals by adhering to sales operational guidelines.
- Manage the offer phase within deadlines.
- Gather information on new products/services and commercial initiatives from competitors and client feedback.
