Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Account Manager pour gérer des relations client et coordonner des projets. Ce rôle exigera de l'expérience en marketing numérique, des compétences interpersonnelles fortes et une compréhension des outils analytiques. Vous serez le point de contact principal pour les clients, garantissant une satisfaction élevée et un suivi des performances des projets.
– Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of project goals.
– Collaborate with SEO Specialists and Ads Specialists to develop strategic plans and present them to clients.
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating day-to-day communication between clients and internal teams.
– Monitor and oversee the progress of all assigned projects, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
– Maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions.
– Track project performance and ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
– Ensure high client engagement and satisfaction by maintaining proactive communication and delivering value-driven solutions.
– Handle all project documentation and administrative reports to ensure proper record-keeping and smooth project execution.
The Objective of This Role :

Required Qualifications :
– Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and marketing strategies.
– Proficiency in analyzing key metrics in Google Analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
– Experience in using project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
– Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
