About the Role

We are SmartCyber, a member of Cybertrend, one of Indonesia's leading data science consulting firms.

At CYBERTREND, the Delivery Department is a core part of our product innovation and market solutions. As Account Manager, you will be a key team member responsible for ensuring our products and solutions are designed and delivered as highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of CYBERTREND’s projects and promote best practices in data architecture to be referenced across the organization.

We are looking for someone with:
  • A minimum diploma degree in any major
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and good communication skills
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and sales presentation skills (company profile, solution overview, etc.)
The work you’ll do:
  • Maintain and monitor accounts
  • Prepare proposals or quotations independently
  • Support and advise the Sales Head to deliver optimal solutions based on demand, market challenges, and technology considerations for each account
  • Develop sales plans and objectives, forecast sales, and set annual sales quotas for territories, estimating expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Maintain sales volume in third-party software and provide training
  • Contribute to team efforts and lead teams within related territories or sales areas
