About the role

Join the dynamic team at PT Fiberhome Technologies Indonesia as an Account Manager. In this full-time position based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving business growth. As an integral part of the sales team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

What you'll be doing

Ability to independently take charge of and operate projects

Able to proactively organize and promote project progress

Customer (Telecommunication Operator) Relationship Maintenance and development (GM/VP/CXO)

Get the operator network construction requirements and planning

Follow all project process from bidding to cash back

What we're looking for

Telecom industry 2 years or above related experience is preferred and handle customer.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Prefer to have Telecommunication Project Operator background.

Familar with broadband/Fiber Cable/Wireless technology will be better

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

Have flexible and innovative customer relations capabilities, be proactive in work, have a sense of responsibility, and be able to bear considerable work pressure.

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

Frequent job hopping is not Acceptable
