Requirements :

The Account Manager role is ideal for candidates with experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management

Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing B2B client accounts, preferably in IT or cloud solutions.

Proven ability to exceed sales and account growth targets, with a focus on upselling and expanding existing client relationships.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and deliver persuasive messaging.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Ability to actively listen to client needs and translate those into clear, tailored solutions that drive value.

A deep passion for technology, with a keen interest in understanding cloud computing and its application in client solutions.

A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent service and resolving client challenges proactively.

Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

Comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and client needs


Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer and partner account management matters, working closely with direct reports to the General Manager.

Develop and execute sales plans by fully understanding the needs of customers and partners, analyzing the competitive landscape, and identifying key differentiators to meet sales quotas.

Manage customer and partner input and feedback for all projects, providing detailed directions and timelines.

Sell and upsell Arupa Solutions, and the overall value proposition to both new and existing customers and partners.

Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and grow opportunities within the existing customer base.

Manage day-to-day client communication and maintain ongoing relationships related to current, new, and upcoming projects.

Attend client meetings, trade shows, and other industry events as needed to leverage networking and relationship-building opportunities.

Develop and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, counseling, and product knowledge education.

Work closely with the Product and Presales teams to ensure customers gain maximum value from their investments.
