Job description

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Achieve sales and profit targets assigned by Fiber Home.
2. Support market expansion and brand promotion initiatives across Indonesia.
3. Identify project opportunities and engage with key stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with product teams to gather customer needs and develop tailored strategies.
5. Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers throughout the bidding process.
6. Coordinate contract signing, ensure timely payments, and oversee the full sales process.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecom industry, especially in client/account management.
2. Strong English & Mandarin communication skills (written and verbal) preferred.
3. Background in telecommunication project operations is a plus.
4. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
6. Willing to travel within Indonesia and abroad if required.
