About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Airwave Aji Perkasa'. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients to drive business growth. This is a full-time role based in Tangerang District, Banten.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and ensure exceptional customer service
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/upsell additional products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure their needs are met
• Attend client meetings, events and industry conferences to strengthen relationships
• Provide regular updates on account activities, performance and pipeline to management
• Support the sales team in prospecting and closing new business

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a similar sales role
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
