Get to know the Role

Your job is to support our local Sales team in growing and train the team to ensure that Sales goals are exceeded.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new GrabFood segments, ensuring optimal use of resources and maximization of business opportunities to achieve targets.
  • Identify potential merchants, build and maintain strong relationships with them, and manage their performance to expand the GrabFood merchant network in Kepulauan Riau.
  • Build, manage, and develop the Account Management team through technical & commercial knowledge sharing, transparent communication, fostering a winning spirit and resilience, and recognizing performance.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to revise and develop strategies that meet changing market demands and merchant requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all GrabFood products and services to effectively promote them to merchants.
Qualifications

The Must-Haves

  • A university degree or higher in business or relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Sales Management with a proven track record of developing successful teams.
  • Good understanding and experience in relevant industries including customers, partners, and merchants. Background in Tech/FMCG/F&B industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to stay energetic, enthusiastic, and calm in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
  • Additional advantage if able to speak Hokkien and Mandarin
