The Grab Food Corporate team is a team that strives to simplify business transportation and related services for our Grab Food merchants. Our team consists of a dynamic mix of individuals who are tenacious, motivated and empowered.
Get to Know the Role
As an Account Management Lead, you will be on the ground supervising the operational day-to-day activities in the area. Your team will support the growth of merchants' business in Grab Food and act as business consultants for merchants to maximize their potential. You will be based onsite and will directly report to the City Sales Manager. This role will be a contract position.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Handle, control, and monitor all Account Management Executive activities, including creating mapping, call plans, role play, and reporting for the team.
- Maintain TOP partner GMV (join promo or still not join promo) and execute action plans to drive GMV numbers by evaluating menu and promo activities.
- Lead meetings with Top Merchants to ensure strong relationships and eliminate business obstacles, aligning with the company's long-term direction.
- Ensure the achievement of target participant outlets/brands according to the portfolio list assigned to Account Management.
- Work together with S&P Lead on ongoing and upcoming campaigns, coordinating on the hitlist, segmentation, and additional merchants that can be added to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Cooperate with the marketing team on all marketing campaigns and projects, coordinating regarding assets to be used in campaigns.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 2+ years of experience in leading sales teams, commercial experience, and prior experience with leading an end-to-end sales cycle.
- Proficient with analytics and fluent with tools that help achieve a clear understanding of data sets.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, presenting ideas and suggestions in a clear and succinct manner.
