We create beneficial collaborations with merchant partners to enhance their business offering and improve the lives of customers.

Get to Know the Role

Your job as an AM Lead will have two central focuses. The first will be to support our local sales team in making favorite local merchants available for delivery. The second will be to grow and train the team to ensure that sales goals are exceeded. This is an onsite role based in Dumai. You will be reporting to the Merchant Partner Assistant Manager. This role will be on a 1-year contract basis.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  1. Leading for AME Dumai and Duri Area (Kab Bengkalis)
  2. Monitoring all team execute the OKRs
  3. Build good relationship to Big Brands
  4. Deal partnership to principle (Food or Non Food) to collaboration New Campaign

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  1. 4+ years of experience in sales business development, account management or operations
  2. Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience)
  3. An exceptional track record of driving revenue through partnerships
  4. Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular
  5. Comfortable to work using laptop and internet
  6. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
