Qualifications

Job description

Account Executive Retail (Medical Check Up)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Executive Retail to manage the sales of medical check-up products to retail (B2C) clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, effective sales strategies, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.
  2. 1 year of experience in retail sales.
  3. 1 year of experience in medical check-ups (MCU) or insurance sales is preferred.
  4. An excellent track record in pipeline generation and pipeline conversion, including building a strong long network of relationships with customers. Experience in selling to HR Manager/ C-Level would be a huge plus point.
  5. Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  6. Confident negotiator (especially when speaking to mid-level or senior executives) and ability to close the deal.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sell medical check-up packages to retail (B2C) clients.
  2. Identify new opportunities to increase sales.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and/or retail clients.
  4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Work closely with operational and medical teams to ensure smooth delivery of medical check-up services.
  6. Understand the product of GSI Lab, competitors, and business position in the market while keeping up to date with health industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
  7. Participate in community networking activities to promote GSI Corporate Health Services.
