This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive - Outbound Travel & Tours located in Surabaya. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, coordinating with travel partners and suppliers, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our travel and tour services. The role involves regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, preparing proposals, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records, handling budgets, and achieving sales targets.
