Your Role

Account Manager - Listing Business

Responsibilities
  • To drive agents and meet individual targets (number of agents and sales value in IDR).
  • Create a target list for each day, week, and month.
  • Generate sales opportunities with absolute focus on selling the Rumah123.com product.
  • Visit clients to present and push sales numbers.
  • Follow up with clients through calls and chats daily.
  • Build good professional relationships with principals, admins, and agents from client offices.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Proven work experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including canvassing, cold calls).
  • Previous experience in sales for handling B2C and B2B accounts would be an advantage.
  • Good track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Meet) and MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
