Qualifications

  • Graduate in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of accounts and prepare financial reports.
  • Conduct monthly account analysis and SST computation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate year-end audits.

Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Able to handle companyâs manufacturing full set of account including preparation.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of day to day transactional data entry to accounting system to reviewing the financial position regularly and monitor daily bank records.
  • Prepare Cash flow projections weekly or monthly to ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare monthly account analysis, accounting report and statement of account.
  • Prepare SST computation for submission to Royal Malaysian Customs. And compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage monthly / yearly closing and management reporting. Maintain a structured and efficient filing system for all financial documents, including invoices and receipts.
  • Year-end audit preparation.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Min 5 yearsâ experience in a related role is preferred.
  • Responsible and disciplined
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, UBS, MS Office & etc...).
  • Understanding of accounting principles is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
