Job description

EMERHUB is looking for an Account Executive to join our team in our Bali office. This person will operate as the lead on all critical business accounts. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The Account Executive is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions.

The ideal candidate comes with experience in account management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new customers. Excellent cross-functional experience working with customer service and product development to improve the entire customer experience is a critical factor in this role.

Job Description:

  • Generate revenue from sales of Emerhub products and services.
  • Follow Emerhub SOPs to promptly answer incoming inquiries related to doing business in Indonesia from Emerhub website, emails, calls, and other communication or sales channels.
  • Analyze client inquiries and propose solutions based on their needs.
  • Define and offer business solutions for clients in line with Emerhub solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Emerhub services.
  • Actively seek out prospects and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Provide end-to-end consultation to Emerhub's clients.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with new customers.
  • Work together with different teams to ensure the best possible service for our clients.
  • Manage accounts by setting up meetings with potential clients, understanding their problems/needs, and proposing the best solutions.
  • Work closely with other teams to finalize clients’ projects and achieve excellent results.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts by providing information, support, and guidance.
  • Maximize the revenue generated per client.
  • Identify and target sales leads.
  • Set and exceed sales quotas.
  • Prospect clients and understand their needs.

Requirements:

  • Experienced and well-acquainted with the Bali region, having an extensive work history in the area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of work experience.
  • Proven B2B sales track record.
  • Preferably from a consulting firm.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with effective communication skills.
  • Ready to work in the office in Kuta, Bali.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
