Job description

Account Executive (AE) is mainly responsible for executing the Regional/Nation-Wide Sales strategy within their areas and building & maintaining relationships with the network of all merchants in their territory, including regular visits upon assigned leads. They should understand the merchant's needs and provide appropriate advice.

What You Will Do
  1. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; set transaction targets such as product mix, sales volume, and market share in their territory.
  2. Analyze consumer behavior, market insights, field situations, and market trends in their territory.
  3. Regularly review merchant leads (monitor merchant growth, transfer merchants to new categories, analyze competitor activity, etc.).
  4. Provide data-driven advice to merchants to increase transaction numbers.
  5. Create regular reports on activities in their respective areas aligned with Regional/Nation-Wide company strategy.
What You Will Need
  1. At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in industries such as top 5 FMCG or Telecommunications companies.
  2. Experience spending significant time (>1 year) in a representative area with a strong network and regional knowledge is a plus.
  3. Existing relationships or the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with key partners.
  4. Strong business acumen and good understanding of markets, customers, and competitors.
  5. Fact-based, number-oriented individual comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
About The Team

The Account Executive (AE) will work within a team in a specific area. They are expected to regularly visit assigned merchants to observe ground realities and provide necessary advice to increase transactions over time.
