About the role
As an Account Executive at PT Higo Fitur Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of creative campaigns. This full-time position is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Job Description
- Identify and acquire new clients in the FMCG sectors (including Tobacco and Alcohol).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets as per monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Create and present tailored proposals to prospective clients, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements and contracts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in assigned industries.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Gather client feedback on products and services to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with internal teams to implement feedback-driven enhancements.
- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and report findings to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimal 1 - 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the Tobacco, Alcohol, FMCG industries, or within marketing/advertising agencies handling related clients.
- Strong network and knowledge of key players in the industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Management Tools (Trello, Jira, Notion, etc).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
- Hard worker, passionate, strong teamwork and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
