In this opportunity, you will be trained to develop as an Account Executive, learning how to communicate effectively with customers, provide solutions to their problems, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your role includes selling subscription ads, facilitating communication between Lamudi and customers, and maintaining excellent customer service at all times.

What will you do?
  • Account Management: Be a partner to clients who have subscribed to Lamudi’s advertising products from the start to the end of their subscription period, and help resolve technical issues faced by customers.
  • Client Partnership: Identify client needs and offer suitable additional products.
  • Complaint Handling: Provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Customer Database Management: Ensure CRM data is complete and regularly updated.

Candidate criteria:

  • Fresh graduates with D3/S1 education or 1 year of work experience in account management/B2B sales/Partnership/Customer Care.
  • Able to commit to assigned work and interested in working in a startup environment with a fast pace.
  • Willing to learn new things and go beyond the listed job responsibilities.
  • Excellent pitching and sales skills: Able to persuade customers in a structured and pleasant manner.
  • Clear career vision: Individuals with a clear outlook on their future career and job plans.
  • Good analytical thinking: Ability to analyze and provide relevant suggestions and solutions for customers.
  • Resilient: Not easily discouraged by rejection or complaints.
