Job description

At KPI Consultancy, we have been supporting corporate and personal growth in Indonesia for 14 years. As we grow our sales team, we are searching for an effective Educational Sales Consultant to assist our clients in achieving their best potential with customised training solutions. If you are skilled at managing leads, have a strong interest in education, and are dedicated to achieving high standards in B2B sales, we invite you to join our team.

Basic Salary: IDR 6.5 - 7.5 million + Allowances

Commission: Commission is unlimited and by hitting targets, total monthly earnings can reach over IDR 15-20 million monthly.

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage directly with Learning and Development departments and business leaders from local and multinational companies to understand their training needs and challenges.
  2. Provide guidance on our training courses, helping clients choose the best solutions for their employees.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  4. Drive the sales process from lead to deal closure, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  5. Proactively follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into active clients.
  6. Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our training programs.
  7. Maintain an up-to-date client database and actively manage sales pipelines through our CRM system.
  8. Participate in client meetings and pitches, effectively representing KPI Consultancy’s values and capabilities.
Qualifications:
  1. Educated to S1
  2. Outgoing personality with strong spoken and written English skills.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
  4. Preferably having experience within the education, adult learning, or corporate training industry.
  5. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Zoom, and PowerPoint.
  7. Strong understanding of social selling techniques and proficiency in utilising platforms like LinkedIn.
  8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering long-term relationships.
  9. Enthusiastic team player with a strong interest in learning and personal development.
