Job description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive (Middle-Level) to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in managing key client relationships, executing digital campaigns, and delivering strategic value to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.

As an Account Executive, you will act as the main point of contact for clients—responsible for understanding their business goals, coordinating internal teams, and delivering impactful digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and liaise with clients to identify their needs, goals, and expectations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, content, media, performance, tech) to develop effective digital marketing strategies
  • Create and deliver well-structured proposals, strategic plans, and campaign ideas tailored to client objectives and budgets
  • Lead the pitch process, including concept development and client presentations
  • Present campaign strategies, deliverables, and cost breakdowns clearly to clients
  • Review campaign materials and ensure client feedback is incorporated accurately
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality—ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish
  • Proactively troubleshoot any project issues and maintain client satisfaction throughout the process
  • Deliver performance reports and actionable insights, using data to evaluate and improve campaigns
  • Support account growth through upselling and cross-selling services
  • Schedule and attend regular internal and client meetings to align on deliverables and progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an Account Executive role, preferably within a digital or advertising agency
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing (e.g., paid ads, SEO, content strategy, social media, analytics, campaign tracking)
  • Proven experience in client handling, proposal development, and presenting campaign strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate dynamic project challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong command of English (both written and verbal)
