Account Associate (Bali)

We’re looking for an Acquisition Associate to join our City Expansion team in Bali and support the growth of our company in Indonesia. The Acquisition Associate will be responsible for generating revenue from Glints Job Portal by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Company Acquisition Growth: Acquire potential companies to use Glints Job Portal within specific industries. Conduct self-sourcing efforts via outbound cold calls, emails, or site visits (if needed).
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients of the job portal business. Understand their business goals and recruitment needs, providing tailored solutions to support their growth. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the job portal business. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data and trends, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B outbound sales or account management, preferably in tech companies.
• Location Requirement: Candidate must reside in Bali.
• Target-Oriented: Committed to meeting departmental targets, no matter what it takes.
• Strong Time Management: Highly organized and able to balance sourcing, calling, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Proactively Customer-Obsessed: Attuned to customer needs, with the ability to gain deep user insights and develop solutions that truly address their challenges.
• Excellent Questioning Skills: Skilled at collecting information in a structured way to obtain objective feedback without bias & understands the importance of forming a hypothesis before gathering and analyzing feedback.
