What You Will Do

Design and develop high-quality assessments (e.g. surveys, formative and summative tests, and pre–post evaluation) that are aligned with learning objectives and follow established principles of validity, reliability, and fairness.

Analyze and present assessment results in clear, visually compelling reports that highlight insights, and recommendations.

Create engaging learning and training materials (handouts, slide presentations, and other supporting resources), ensuring alignment with learning objectives and curriculum themes.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and project teams to ensure accuracy, applicability, and quality of both assessments and materials.

Continuously refine materials and assessments based on feedback, effectiveness, and best practices.

Ensure that all developed content is aligned with our learning goals, brand, and instructional design standards.

Requirements

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a background in education or psychology is a strong advantage.

Passionate about education and assessment.

Strong knowledge in assessment development & psychometrics.

Experience designing and developing instructional materials and learning resources for varied audiences and delivery formats.

Self-motivated, proactive, and a fast learner.

Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Living in Surabaya, or being able to work in a hybrid setting in Surabaya.
