Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly and term-based class schedules for students aged 3–12.
  • Match teachers and students efficiently based on availability and level.
  • Handle schedule changes and urgent adjustments smoothly.
  • Lead teacher onboarding—from documentation to training and classroom readiness.
  • Create clear SOPs and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective onboarding.
  • Plan and execute regular teacher training and development programs.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to drive teacher growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in teaching quality.
  • Monitor class delivery and student engagement.
  • Address real-time class issues with teachers and parent teams.
  • Build systems to gather and act on feedback from students, parents, and teachers.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years in academic operations, teacher management, or education program delivery.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Independent and proactive in fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: Experience in early childhood/primary education (ages 3–12) or EdTech.
