Job summary

Prudential Services Asia invites final year students or fresh graduates in Economics or Law for a 6-month internship in South Jakarta. The role requires a blend of on-site and remote work (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) with strong English communication and solid Excel skills.

Responsibilities include AML-related information processing, risk scoring, monthly policy listings, and document filing. The program supports system enhancements and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh graduate from Economics or Law.
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta area.
• Committed to do 6 months internship.
• Good in English both verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare information about shareholders, BOC and BOD for each policy and forward to AML for approval.
• Prepare information for the Risk Scoring Form and submit to AML.
• Prepare monthly AML policy processing listing.
• Check SPAK, KYC, and KYN document completion for each policy.
• Check consistency between SPAK and the legal documents.
• File all checked documents for each policy.
• Support system enhancements
