Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Reliability Technician to keep production equipment and site facilities running safely and efficiently. You will support maintenance programs across production and facilities, ensuring equipment and site infrastructure meet Quality, HSE and Global Engineering Standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in an Engineering, Maintenance or Utility Technician position, and a Technical Senior High School or Diploma 3 in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial

Qualifications

• Holds technical Senior High School qualification or Diploma 3 in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in an Engineering, Maintenance or Utility Technician role.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection checklists, monitor trends, identify out-of-spec data, and take action to maintain equipment functionality.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs including condition-based maintenance and predictive maintenance.
• Inspect serviced equipment to confirm work and record maintenance quality.
• Support implementation of EHS management systems to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Support implementation of Quality management systems to meet required standards.

A day in the life

We are looking for a Reliability Technician to help keep our production equipment and site facilities running safely, reliably and efficiently. In this role, you’ll support maintenance programs and strategies across production and facilities, ensuring equipment and site infrastructure meet agreed Quality, HSE and Global Engineering Standards.

Role Responsibilities

• You’ll carry out inspection checklists, monitor trends, identify out-of-specification, tendency-to-failure or inaccurate data, and take appropriate action to maintain equipment functionality and reliability.
• You’ll execute preventive maintenance programs with the right resources and standards in place, including condition-based maintenance, condition monitoring, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and run-to-failure activities.
• You’ll inspect serviced equipment to confirm work has been completed properly and accurately record the quality of maintenance performed.
• You’ll support the implementation of EHS management systems and procedures, helping maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• You’ll support the implementation of Quality management systems and procedures to ensure maintenance activities meet required standards.

• Holds technical Senior High School qualification or Diploma 3 in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in an Engineering, Maintenance or Utility Technician role.
