Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A minimum of 6 months internship experience at a 4-5-star hotel, or previous work experience in a similar luxury hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• A positive and engaging attitude, with the ability to handle guest interactions confidently.
