Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a 4W Partner Supply Acquisition & Management team to initiate, acquire, build a strong network, and maintain good relationships with Grab driver partners community with Humility, Honor, Heart, and Hunger, along with maintaining sufficient supply in the Jabodetabek region. We believe you have excellent communication, problem-solving, data analytics skills, and are agile and target-oriented. If you believe you have what it takes, we'd love to hear from you. This role reports directly to the City Manager and requires full Work From Office (WFO) with regular field visits.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will lead a team to creatively acquire, build, and maintain a strong network and relationship with current and prospective Grab driver community through offline and online channels.
• You are responsible for ensuring supply stability within the designated area, including managing and expanding the 4W hyperlocal driver communities to improve their engagement with Grab.
• You will plan, do, check, and act (PDCA) for supply and demand initiatives to improve driver partner service quality, incorporating AI where applicable.
• You will lead daily operations in Supply Management, including partner acquisition, investigation, driver education, and demand generation.

Qualifications

Essential Skills Needed

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with experience in B2B or community networking.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (maintaining spreadsheets) and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of online transport and delivery business is a plus.
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English, with excellent communication skills.
