As a junior design assistant, you will participate in the design, modelling and 3D rendering of event booths. You will work directly with the creative department and be involved in every stage of the process, from the brief to the final rendering.

About the Agency

We are a young and creative design agency based in Kedungu, Bali, specializing in the design and production of immersive exhibition stands for international events. Our work combines creativity, technical precision, and a forward-thinking mindset, with a deep interest in new technologies and local values.

Main Responsibilities

As a Junior Assistant Designer, you will be working full-time and on-site at our studio in Kedungu, in close collaboration with the Creative Director and project team. Your tasks will include:

• 3D modeling of exhibition stands and spatial layouts using SketchUp and/or AutoCAD
• Producing high-quality renderings using real-time rendering software (e.g., Twinmotion, Lumion, D5 Render, etc.)
• Basic post-production editing of visuals using Photoshop
• Participating in concept development, moodboards, and visual storytelling
• Exploring and suggesting AI tools to improve creative workflows
• Respecting technical, fabrication, and budget constraints

Profile

• Education or strong interest in design, architecture, interior design, or related fields
• Confident use of SketchUp and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in at least one real-time rendering tool (Twin-motion, Lumion, D5, Enscape, etc.)
• Comfortable with Photoshop for post-production
• Curious and proactive about AI in the creative process
• Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Must be based in Bali, ideally near Kedungu
• On-site position only – remote work is not possible
