This role will be pivotal in bringing our brand to life through creative and strategic design projects for pop-ups, store-in-store booths, and exhibitions, ensuring a seamless and impactful brand experience for our customers.

As a 3D Designer Manager, you will lead a team of designers and oversee all aspects of 3D design projects, from conceptualization to execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs align with brand values, meet production feasibility, and stand out in a competitive beauty industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, lead, and supervise the development of 3D design projects for offline installations, including pop-up stores, store-in-store booths, and exhibitions.

Oversee the design process and ensure that all designs are both visually captivating and feasible for production within the beauty industry.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual Merchandising, Production, and Purchasing to ensure consistency and high-quality design execution across all platforms.

Conceptualize and develop creative, grand-scale designs for offline beauty projects, ensuring they capture the essence of the SKINTIFIC brand and resonate with target audiences.

Define the appropriate materials and production methods for 3D design elements to balance creativity, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.

Stay informed on industry trends, technology advancements, competitive landscape, and market movements to ensure designs are innovative, up-to-date, and impactful.

Ensure all final designs and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Lead and mentor the design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in 3D design, with a exposure on the beauty or personal care industry, including leadership or managerial experience.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple design projects and ensure timely execution.
