Job summary

Grand Studio Indonesia is seeking a Furniture Draftsperson to bring 3D graphics to life and translate designs into precise CAD drawings for Hi End Boutique, Hotel, Restaurant and Office projects.

You will work with 3D models, textures, UV mapping, and measurements in drawings, ensuring accurate geometry and coordinate systems. English documents and task descriptions are used throughout the workflow.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and implement algorithms.
• A feeling for object-oriented programming (components act as objects, including inter-component data interactions).
• Basic programming constructions (variables, expressions, conditions, loops, arrays).
• Code versioning, preferably using Git.
• Ability to write understandable and maintainable high-quality code, that follows good practices.
• 3D graphics basics.
• Textures.
• Normal maps.
• Shader values : roughness, metallicity, alpha & etc.
• Primitives, meshes, sketches, extrusions.
• Vertices, triangles, normals, UVs.
• Transformations : movement, rotation.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Advantage to understand Millwork / Joinery products, drawings, catalogue & etc.
• Position and normal vectors.
• Transformations.
• Coordinate systems.
• CAD, constructions, Engineering.
• To understand and be able to measure in drawings, CAD models & etc.
