Une entreprise japonaise de fabrication recherche un Superviseur d'Infrastructure IT pour superviser l'ingénierie des systèmes et la cybersécurité. Ce rôle comprend la gestion de projets relatifs aux serveurs et réseaux, tout en assurant la maintenance des ressources techniques et la livraison des recommandations appropriées. Les candidats doivent posséder un diplôme en informatique et une compréhension des meilleures pratiques en gestion des services informatiques.

Qualifications

• S1 en technologie de l'information exigé.
• Connaissance approfondie des pratiques de gestion des services IT, y compris ITIL.
• Capacité à gérer des projets de serveur, réseau et cybersécurité.

Responsibilities

• Surveille l'ingénierie des systèmes d'entreprise et de la cybersécurité.
• Gère les ressources techniques et le personnel pour fournir des services.
• Crée des SOP pour les nouveaux projets.

Ability to multitask and establish/follow-through on the prioritization of user requests with limited direction

Strong knowledge of IT Service Management best practices including ITIL including Change Management

Strong knowledge of network & server engineering

Manage IT Project : Server, Network, Cyber Security, Endpoint including Technical Advance

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The IT Infrastructure Supervisor oversees the enterprise system engineering, network engineering and cybersecurity areas for the organization.

Performs broad supervisory and hands-on technical duties that include proactive management of technical resources and personnel to provide designated services in a reliable and cost-effective manner.

Distribute instructions from Head expansion & Infra to his/her staff in relation to IT Engineer and Control works based on management Business Plan

Report every IT construction’s milestones and suggest technical and non-technical recommendation to Manager

Monitor all IT asset Maintenance

Monitor BoQ estimation and also IT setup methods and specification

Monitor all IT device and also its methods and specification

Review any business case/plan for facility setup and renovation

Create SOP for new project after BAST

Ensure handover project to operation team with SOP

REQUIREMENT :
