Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Shift Manager for Jakarta on-site DC operations. You will lead 24/7 shift teams, act as Incident Commander, and ensure uptime of HV/MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, HVAC, and building services.

You will coordinate safety, incident handling, and customer communications while maintaining compliance with relevant standards. The role requires 4–7 years in DC infra, a degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering, and strong experience with incident

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–7 years total work experience with data center operations or related infra.
• Experience implementing safety and ISO-based practices in critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 shift operations for critical DC infrastructure and ensure uptime.
• Act as Incident Commander for faults, changes, and security events.
• Coordinate with Power, HVAC, BMS, and vendors; maintain logbooks and reports.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continual improvement through SOP adherence.
