Job summary

FWD Group is recruiting in Hong Kong for a senior insurance leadership role overseeing agency initiatives, recruitment and regional strategy. The candidate will drive productivity, manage agency performance and ensure business continuity across responsible regions. Excellent English and Chinese communication is required.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder coordination and a strong focus on growth, persistence, and quality of recruitment within the tied agency network.

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 10 years relevant experience in the insurance industry.
• Integrated knowledge in project and people management.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote agency initiatives to achieve business target
• Implement strategies and action plans to support agency productivity in business and recruitment
• Oversee and monitor agency performance to ensure alignment with the company’s direction
• Facilitate strategic planning in responsible regions for achieving good production, recruitment and persistence
• Handle enquiries from responsible regions to ensure business continuity
• Maintain a quality agency force by balancing selection and offering attractive and suitable recruitment offer
• Enhance the communication and understanding between agency and internal departments
• Prepare the Tied Agency reporting for local and regional requirements
• Support the Tied Agency development initiatives if needed
