Job summary

The successful candidate will coordinate with L1 support teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, oversee L2 operations, and provide project delivery for workplace technology initiatives. A strong background in IT support and management is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT support or operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience supporting workplace technologies including Windows/Mac/Mobile endpoints.
• Proficiency in ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead L2 support teams for timely incident resolution.
• Monitor key service metrics and report to leadership.
• Provide training and technical documentation for L1 teams.
