Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in workplace operations, services, systems administration, automation, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and data-driven storytelling capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with workplace platforms and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace System & Data Analysis (80%): administer IWMS and smart office tools; build dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Analyze occupancy, space utilization, and hybrid work patterns; drive data-driven decisions.
• Identify automation opportunities; collaborate with IT for system integrations.
• Stay current on proptech, hybrid-work trends, and smart-building analytics.
• Support Workplace Operations (20%): train staff and act as super-user for workplace tools.
• Provide backup support for day-to-day operations.
