Job summary

Richemont invites talented university students to join the 2027 Richemont Winter Internship Program in Hong Kong. The 12-week, full-time internship offers learning opportunities, exposure to multiple Maisons, and networking with senior leaders.

Interns will have exclusive visits to boutiques, L’Ecole and CRC, gaining behind-the-scenes insight into luxury retail, data, finance, marketing and more. Applicants must be HK residents and available Jan 4 to Mar 30, 2027.

Qualifications

• University students (bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree) in any discipline.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during the internship period; students who are available to work at least 3 days per week will also be considered in some of the roles.
• A resident of the HKSAR and lawfully employable in Hong Kong.
• Previous operational experience in client service, hospitality, or retail environments would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Commercial, Customer Service, Data & Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing & Communications, Procurement, Real Estate, Retail Operations & Performance.
