Job description

A full-time Management internship role set within a dynamic financial services environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to all facets of client relationship management, financial products, and business operations. Guided by experienced industry professionals, you will build a foundation in banking and master the art of nurturing meaningful corporate relationships.

Key responsibilities

Supporting senior account managers in managing and servicing client accounts across various segments

Assisting with the development and maintenance of client relationships through regular contact and follow-up activities

Gathering client information and preparing comprehensive account analysis reports

Processing account transactions, documentation and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately

Learning about financial products and services to better understand client needs and provide informed recommendations

Participating in client meetings and presentations to understand best practices in relationship management

Identifying cross-selling opportunities and contributing to revenue growth initiatives

Supporting the team with data entry, filing, and general administrative duties as required

Contributing to the achievement of departmental targets and objectives

About you

A relevant degree or diploma in finance, business, economics or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information and documentation

Ability to work effectively in a team environment whilst showing initiative
