Job summary

Fostier Consulting, a Hong Kong-based wealth management firm, seeks university students to help grow our private client base through referrals. The role is part-time, commission-based with flexible hours, and hybrid in Hong Kong.

You will network on LinkedIn, attend events, and book consultations with our advisors, building your own client pipeline while gaining hands-on experience in wealth management and private banking. No prior experience required; training and mentorship are provided.

About the role

We are looking for university students interested in wealth management and private banking to help us grow our private client base by introducing and referring new clients. Part-time, commission-based, flexible hours, hybrid in Hong Kong.

Who can apply

You must be living or studying in Hong Kong and able to attend in-person meetings and events here. We can't consider applicants based elsewhere.

What you will do

What we are looking for

• University students in Hong Kong, ideally in finance, business or economics (any major welcome, no experience needed)
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude
• Interest in wealth management, private banking or client-facing finance roles
• Mandarin or French is a plus
