About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and working closely with senior advisers, the Wealth Associate will play a key role in supporting client relationships, financial planning initiatives, account administration, and client onboarding processes.
You will gain exposure to a broad range of wealth management disciplines, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax- and cross-border structuring, family office services, investments and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Administration
- Manage client onboarding, account opening, KYC, and account administration processes.
- Ensure client information and documentation are collected accurately and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the entry and maintenance of client information within CRM and business systems.
- Assist clients with updates to personal information and account records.
- Support the preparation of financial plans and client review meetings.
- Assist with cash flow analysis, retirement planning, estate planning, and basic tax planning exercises.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Utilize reporting software and tools to analyze client data and generate investment and planning reports.
- Work closely with advisers, operations professionals, and compliance teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Support broader business and administrative projects as required.
Client Service & Relationship Support
- Support advisers in delivering exceptional client service and wealth management solutions.
- Assist in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Attend client meetings and manage follow-up actions independently.
- Coordinate information requests and communications between advisers, clients, and third-party providers.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Must be currently allowed to work in Hong Kong.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, financial planning or a related financial services role.
- Great attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
- Native / fluent in English. Mandarin- and or Cantonese are advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client service.
Preferred
- Experience with client onboarding, account opening, and client administration.
- Familiarity with financial planning concepts including retirement, estate, and cash flow planning.
- Experience using CRM platforms and financial planning software.
- SFC Type 4 and/or Type 9 licenses.
- Pursuing CFP, CFA, CPA, TEP, or other relevant professional qualifications.
