Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a purchasing/merchandising coordinator with experience in the watch industry to join our team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on sourcing watch parts, evaluating suppliers, expediting samples, and preparing purchase orders.

You will liaise with vendors and factories, assist in inventory control of stocked parts, and perform ad hoc duties as needed to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years or above in purchasing / Merchandising / Coordinator in watch in factory.
• Sourcing watch parts.
• Evaluating and selecting supplier for materials required by contract or users.
• Contact with vendor, factory.
• Expediting samples when it is needed.
• Preparing and verifying purchase orders.
• Assisting manager for inventory controlling of stocked parts.
• Performing ad hoc duties.
