Job summary

CCB International (Holdings) Limited is seeking a VP/D for the Expenditure Management and Central Procurement Team in Hong Kong. You will help establish and implement financial management policies, strengthen internal controls, and refine the financial authorization framework to align with governance standards.

You will oversee general ledger control, expenditure management, budgeting, and monthly expenditure reviews, while leading system development and automation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years' relevant experience in financial institutions.
• Familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland accounting standards, with sound knowledge of core business of investment banking.
• Familiar with financial management framework and sound knowledge of Chinese-funded enterprises’ financial management systems.
• Experienced in system development, skilled in financial system requirement analysis and system arrangement is a plus.
• Excellent execution, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, analytical abilities and Chinese writing.
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing, updating, and implementing financial management policies and internal control procedures
• Assist to establish and refine the financial authorization to align with internal control standards
• Assist the team to perform general ledger control and expenditure management
• Assist in budget management and budget execution monitoring
• Review the monthly expenditure reports
• Conduct inspections related to financial accounting and internal control, and exercise supervision and oversight functions
• Participate in the system development, enhancements and automation projects
• Provide financial compliance training to all staff
• Prepare reports on expense analysis, policy compliance, and cost control to head office/top management
