Job summary

Citi’s Equities Technology team in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support a multi‑year transformation across execution, prime services, clearing, and cross‑product margining. You will collaborate with technologists and business units in an agile environment to translate complex requirements into concrete deliverables, while managing timelines and risks.

Qualifications

Extensive BA experience in investment banking.
Experience in Securities Lending and Funding.
Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Partner with program/project teams and functional groups to drive requirements, training, and ensuring Citi standards.
Provide in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Define system scope and necessary enhancements for high-impact projects.
Identify risks and propose mitigations considering business implications.
Consult with business clients to determine functional specifications and coordinate with management teams.
Evaluate IT developments and recommend appropriate system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with PM standards and tools (issue/risk tracking, scorecards).
Develop milestone plans and manage interdependencies.
Execute across multiple priorities with BA, PM, and stakeholder duties.
Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
