Job summary

Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking an experienced trader to support offshore RMB bond market-making activities, develop trading strategies and contribute to the growth of the firm's offshore fixed income franchise.

The role requires a Master's degree and 8–10 years of relevant fixed income trading or market-making experience, with a focus on offshore RMB markets and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant fixed income trading or market-making experience.
• Familiarity with China's bond market and offshore/onshore RMB fixed income products.
• Strong understanding of fixed income valuation, risk management and trading mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and manage trading portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description
